**Scandinavian-Speaking Junior Financial Analyst**
**Your tasks will include:**
* Analysing financial data to evaluate company performance.
* Conducting ratio, trend and variance analyses.
* Creating financial models for forecasting and risk assessment.
* Researching industry trends and competitor performance.
* Evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring market dynamics.
* Assisting with budget preparation and variance analysis.
* Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
* Preparing accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
* Supporting ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects.
* Communicating financial insights and collaborating with different teams.
**Requirements:**
* A finance-related educational background **or** relevant professional experience in finance.
* Fresh graduates with finance-related qualifications are also welcome to apply.
* Business-level fluency in **a Scandinavian language** and English.
* Confident user-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
