Senior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Support Engineer who enjoys working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and making a real impact in a fast-growing international fintech environment.


This is more than a traditional support role — you will have ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build and improve regional IT operations.


 


Responsibilities


Provide L1–L2 IT support in both onsite and remote environments
Build and stabilize local IT operations within a fast-growing office
Manage laptops, hardware assets, stock inventory, and meeting room technologies
Support Windows and macOS environments
Troubleshoot WiFi, VPN, Microsoft 365, and basic networking issues
Handle tickets through Jira/JSM systems
Collaborate with global IT and infrastructure teams
Participate in IT improvements, standardization initiatives, and regional projects

 


Requirements


5-6 years of experience in Senior IT Support / Infrastructure Support roles
A hands-on professional who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and operational ownership
Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals (WiFi, VPN)
Independent, proactive and patient personality
Communicative level of English
