Dutch Speaking Service Desk Agent
Your responsibilities:
Use your Dutch language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues
Ensuring all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets
Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner
Having a proactive approach to service improvement
Provide quality information
Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the 1
st level to the Level 2 and Level 3 teams
Ideal candidate:
Confident communication in Dutch
At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk-related role
Upper-intermediate English language skills
Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset
Being interested in IT and technical gadgets and simply enjoying surfing the Internet
Looking for an international working environment
