Finance & Administration Coordinator
Our partner, a leading European company in the health and beauty industry, is looking for a Finance & Administration Coordinator to join its team.

About the Role
In this position, you will support the company’s daily financial and administrative operations. You will act as a key interface between local management, Regional Finance, and external service providers, ensuring accurate data flow, timely processes and compliance with internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and monitoring invoicing processes
Liaising with external accounting and payroll providers
Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
Preparing reports, forecasts and ad-hoc financial analyses
Supporting payment runs and monitoring cash flow
Coordinating financial aspects of partner programs and business initiatives
Providing administrative support to the leadership team
We Are Looking for You If
You have 2-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles
You have strong, hands-on Excel skills – Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
You are fluent in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written
You are precise, structured and reliable
You have good communication skills

Salary range: Gross 700,000 – 750,000 HUF/month
