Recruitment Specialist

Your responsibilities will be:

Owning and coordinating recruitment activities across the entire hiring lifecycle, from talent identification to offer completion
Actively identifying and engaging candidates via diverse sourcing channels while maintaining a talent pool
Leading initial candidate assessments and HR interviews, and organizing further technical and leadership interview stages
Handling compensation discussions and ensuring smooth and timely offer processes
Partnering closely with hiring stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes
Monitoring recruitment-related data and maintaining precise records and reports
Acting as a company ambassador at career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding events

We are looking for you if you have:

A college or university degree
At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing
Confident user-level knowledge of Office 365 tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive, structured and team-oriented mindset
Fluent in English
